Just quit Walt. The easiest thing in the world is to not engage in a dirty, smelly habit.

Helped me quit smoking, you'll lose urge for nicotine all together. No nightmares, just weird dreams like looking for lost underwear and stuff.

Quitting smoking was easy for me. Quitting dipping cold turkey is nearly possible for me

As someone who did both also, I agree, quitting dipping is a lot harder.

It's a nicotine agonist, so it works for any form of nicotine.

And it does work pretty good IMO.

The way it worked for me was to make it seem as if the nicotine wasn't working after some days of taking it-- I didn't get the nic-hit I was expecting from the cigarette no matter how many I smoked. After day 8 on Chantix I just didn't want another one.

In a sense you go through the withdrawal symptoms while you're still using. It's strange.

That was about 4 months ago.

That drug can cause strange and vivid dreams, as well as unusual waking thought patterns that may startle you.

I stopped it after 1 month, even though Phizer recommended 3 months. Didn't like the side effects noted above, and didn't feel the need to smoke.

I thought it was worth taking overall.

YMMV
