You don't win Pulitzers by writing articles vindicating conservatives.

Can we attribute that quote to one Walter Duranty?

The Pulitzer people do love them some commie sympathizers.

This story (dated Thursday, after the news came out) is currently, at the time of this post, on the front page of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the newspaper that been the main catalyst behind all of the anti-Walker "activities".

"No conclusion yet on filing charges, Doe prosecutor says"

One has to read all the way down to the 5th paragraph of the story to read this:

"Schmitz's attorney said Walker was not the target of the investigation, and that "at no time has he been served with a subpoena."

Might as well have put it on Page A25 as the Post did !!!

The Pulitzer plaque continued to hang in the lobby of the NYT long after it was discovered that Duranty was lying about how nice Stalin was.

It was after the year 2000 that a visitor who lost relatives under Stalin's purges saw it in the lobby and made a public issue out it. The NYT reluctantly took it down.

I like Walker.....would like for him to be in the national picture. He is not afraid of the unions, and obviously gets his fiscal house in order in his state.
