Belgium loses, Algeria wins
US plays Algeria. Any other outcome we play Belgium

belgium wins group with win or tie.
If S Korea beats them, Algeria can win the group with a win vs Russia.
If S Korea beats them, Algeria can win the group with a win vs Russia.

If Belgium wins or draws OR Algeria draws or loses, we play Belgium.
If Belgium loses to South Korea and Algeria beats Russia, we play Algeria.
If Belgium loses to South Korea and Algeria beats Russia, we play Algeria.
