Trying to make a hype video. Need help please.

Does anybody have any preference on what website to use? I have a Dell laptop and I was wondering if I need to download a program that will let me do that or does anybody know if Dell has a program already downloaded on the computer?

I don't know what operating system you have, but hit the start button and there should be a box that says search programs and files, if you have a recent windows version.
Type in Windows movie maker, that should be already installed on your computer, if not you can download it free on microsoft. It's an easy program to use. Can add video, edit the timing, music, etc... It's not as high tech as some programs out there, but not bad for a beginner.
