Just saw where he was offered and visited, really hoping we get the kid! Absolute monster who would keep the tradition of DBU going strong. 6 of the 7 predictions have him crystal balled to lsu, but these are just guesses. Does the Rant think well get him, and what are the thoughts on him.

Appears he wants to leave the great state of Texas..so who knows.

I like LSU's chances, but not banking on it quite yet.

I don't have the scoop on Monroe, but I do know he won't play his first college snap until Jamal Adams' junior year, so I'm gonna say no on this one.

I know he's got a top three of UCLA, LSU, and USCe. He's got a teammate, Machiah Long, who's the 4th rated ILB in the country. Apparently they want to play together. I feel pretty good about landing him in the end.

Idek why he would WANT Monroe to win the job. That would mean Paris, Adams, etc would have had to of massively underachieved

first off there are two safety positions...why would he need to beat out jamal adams...by the time Eric is on campus Adams would be a jr so to really answer your question i highly doubt it but if he is that good then why cant he play the other safety position.

Well, Long hasn't got an offer yet, but I bet it's only a matter of time. A LB class of Joyner, Divinity, and Long would be unfair. I really think we get Monroe though. The more he visits the more LSU will pull out in front.

His name makes it seem like he's already a tiger, or a pro-tiger.

No idea. It would be pretty great though. Pretty much the whole 2016 class will be there and a number of 2017 guys too. Would give him a good chance to form relationships with some of the in state guys. He might be at the LSU 7v7 tournament on the 19th though.
