I enjoy the UK version a lot more. It's not as staged and in your face as the US one.

I agree. The UK version is far superior. I hate his US shows because they pick crappy, combative people.

I remember for the UK show, he did an episode where some hot shite chef had opened up a little place and wasn't doing well -- his menu was too intimidating. Ramsay came in and got him to simplify things. Kind of interesting and a nice break from the parade of mentally ill people who shouldn't be in the restaurant biz.

That's because they spend 20 minutes messing with the makeover. That show should be on HGTV.

It's definitely amazing to see how Ramsay acts on his UK shows and on his cooking demo videos than how he acts on his US shows...night and day in terms of personality.

Agree about the UK version, much more genuine. The U.S. version turned him into a white Oprah.
