What type of double burner propane cooker do you recommend?

Got an academy one for fathers day but returned it because something was wrong with one of the burners. Walmart didn't have any in stock surprisingly and I want to go look at goodwood hardware soon. It'll just be general cooking outside like frying fish doing a jambalaya etc.
This is what I had. Seemed good enough but willing to spend more for a better one if it is worth it.

Know anyone with a welder? That one in the pic looks pretty flimsy.

No, I don't. It is actually sturdier than it looks had two cast iron pots on it and it held good. Wasn't flimsy or anything.

i have one similar to that that is over 30 years old. the burners can be taken out and place on the ground for cooking.
But the thing is, i cant get the flame correct. i installed new guts to one of the burners and it just blows a huge yellow flame. i cant get the small blue flame.
Is my regulator putting out too much pressure??

Academy took it back with out any problems. The problem with mine was that one side of the burner would have flames six inches high and the other side was barely putting anything out. Only one of the burners had the problem.
