Video of fish pulling float upstream

Interesting video of a fish pulling a float up steam on the Missouri River. Wonder what type of fish this would be; definitely big and fast
It was taken by some guys training for the MR 340 kayak race.
It's a Facebook posted video so everyone may not be able to see

Edit: not a fish pulling anything. It was a stationary buoy being pushed down and by the current and then working its was back to the surface.

I would think gar but whatever it is that is a giant fish. The float it was dragging around is huge.

I suppose it could be with the cameraman in the yak moving downstream making the buoy appear to be moving upstream compared to the bank.
