Thanks dude. A little over two years to go from 337 to 239 this morning. Went from a sedentary lardass after shattering my ankle with a fast food and beer problem to now running 3 miles per day with ease, lifting, and keeping my carb intake below 20 per day. Still got a ways to go but I'll be happy when I get to 210, which would be great for a 6'3" guy like me.
