Talk this morning is it was around 50 stab wounds. Cop and some guy with muscules, an Affliction shirt is with a cop was going into camp about 20 minutes ago. Roid rage maybe?

Shortly after, Grand Isle Police, assisted by JPSO, captured 28-year-old Randy Paul Marcel of Chauvin, La. Investigators say that Chauvin and the victim had been dating for about five years. Police say witnesses watched the two having a verbal argument which led to the stabbing. The victim's one-year-old daughter was on the beach during the time of the incident. The child will be placed in the care of the state. The victim's name is being withheld pending notification of family memebers. Marcel will be booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center.
