I'm thinking of medically retiring

I'm 30 and have qualified for years to retire medically. I feel like I would be cheating the tax payers. I really don't expect sound advice, I guess it's a CSB and I'm here for the shite talking.

Not trolling at all. I've had 5 surgeries since I joined 10 years ago, no PTSD.

I'm capable, for the past 3 years not a day goes by that I'm not in pain. My body aches and doesn't recover too well, I just keep it to myself.

I just feel shitty because I would be getting paid more than someone like Kyle Carpenter and he took a grenade to the face. I guess that's the world we live in. Gotta pay the officers more.

Kyle Carpenter will do just fine for himself. You can don anything about his pay. Take yours and go forth and do good things.
