The Orlando Magic Dilemma: What to Do at 4?

I her perused a few articles today and there seems to be major freak out about Embiid's injury. The debate seems that he is dropping like a stone in water.
The pivot spot for Embiid seems to be 4th pick, Orlando Magic. As a self proclaimed 1% Magic fan, I have to say I am rather conflicted.
With rebuilding going on year 3, this seems to be a do or die year for Hennigan and Vaughn. They either make strides or well, we prepare to sit Indian style in the lottery for the next 4-5 years.
The chances of the 12th pick amounting to anything more than a rotation player, ala, Mike Miller is slim to 10%. I'd love to see a graphic of how many All-Stars came out the 12th spot. So we're doing or dying by the 4th.
The things we need is pretty much everything but SG. Tobias Harris is a nice piece and Vucevic is promising but not dominant.
I think at this spot you have to go with a sure thing, you take a sure thing in Noah Vonleh. This franchise can't afford to limp into the regular season again rotating Andrew Nicholson into the 4. Marcus Smart isn't Russell Westbrook. Exum is an enigma. One thing is for sure, Oladipo can't carry the PG or distribute on a consistent basis.
CR's Ideal Picks:
4th: Noah Vonleh.
12th: Elfrid Payton
Likely Picks:
4th: Noah Vonleh
12th: Tyler Ennis

You don't need to find an All-Star with every lottery pick. OKC took Steven Adams with the 12 pick last season and that turned out great. Finding solid role players is a good thing.

Right move. Great measurable and can stretch the floor

Isn't as explosive, but he is a great scorer. I heard Kevin Pelton on the radio today say he would take him 2nd overall.

He will be gone at 4 most likely unless one of the teams in the top 3 really reach
