Need ideas for a bachelor party

I have been the best man in my older brothers wedding, and it was easy to plan!
Just got dropped with the bomb again, and looking for ideas for a very diverse group of people. Ideas for BP? (Destination wedding at that)

I'm leaning towards Vegas... He threw out Mardi Gras the week before the wedding, but I said that would be my last option

I was for both older brothers. They had very different requests for bachelor parties. One was crazy, the other not at all. Just do something that the groom will enjoy. It's his party.

We have a group of twenty five descending upon NOLA this fall. I hate big group bachelor parties, too much, too many eyes.

Groom is pretty a straight shooter (and so are the groomsmen), but i get crazy.
I want to go to Lock'N for the BP, but they wouldn't like that!
Vegas is just too easy for me

Little bit of keeping people informed and in order during wedding and reception.
