Is the climate for this Sundays game still a major issue?

Leading up to the world cup, all I heard about was how the Portugal game would have a harsh climate with heat and humidity. It seemed to slow down Italy and England in the other game. Just wondering if this is still something to consider more the last game we played.
It seems like Ghana pressed us much harder than Portugal will and at a higher work rate, so could this off balance things?
