Why does Voodoo drop off after headliners?

It's the only festival that comes to mind that spends all it's money on headliners and the rest of the bands are largely unknown.

The answer is $ and RoI. Wild Feathers, Sturgill Simpson, and Wild Cub are pretty decent "samller" acts but not crazy about the headliners.

They really don't have enough money to do a three day festival. They could probably do a really good one day festival though.
