So how often do park illegally, where and why?

I often park in handicap spaces and stay in the car with it running while my wife runs into a store to pick something up. I'd be willing to bet the OT has some serial offenders who have gotten the boot.

Guy in Slidell at BWW parked his Bad arse Raptor in a non parking spot with his Awesome Green Neon lights and Green headlight rings on while he hung out inside. Was bad arse.

The building codes allow for ample parking for handicapped peeps. I never take the last spot and if ever they fill up while I am waiting I move to the fire lane.
