Help me debunk an "apparition" (Solved!)

So this is part of a picture that's been discussed with my dad for a few weeks.....
I think its something from an ancestry. Com commercial but can't find the commercial or picture used. Something to that extent. Can I get a little help looking for this?

i dunno why but PBS came to mind when I saw that pic. My mind works odd that way. I see something and I am often right. Could it be something from a PBS show or commercial?

so where did you get the pic from and why can we only see part of it? Just curious. I watch a lot of PBS and for some reason it makes me think of PBS.

I'm annoyed too. I would put money on the fact that it's from a damn commercial.
My dad think it's an apparition he caught In a picture. I think it's a reflection somehow from a commercial. I just need to find the commercial

ok I was wondering. I feel like I have seen that image before which is why I came up with PBS Actually my first thought was PBS and sitting on my bed so it was likely something I saw while watching PBS in bed.
