Help with a scene from a mob hit

I can't remember what it was from, but the guy said something like he was checking to see of he was standing on a sheet or something.

It was Lethal Weapon 2 - the one with the south Africans. the character was checking for plastic sheeting.
Edit - this is the initial hit where they used the plastic. I believe the shooter is the one that made sure he wasn't standing on plastic later in the movie. The initial hit was due to Riggs and Murtaugh recovering money from a south African in the early scenes of the movie.
