Kareem's is by far more impressive. Playoffs had much less games back then.

I'd argue it makes Russell,Havliceck and West's numbers even more impressive-- they started their career in the era of 2 round playoffs-- you started out in the Conference Finals, effectively, and played until it changed to 3 rounds, whereas Kareem never played in a playoff format with fewer than 3 rounds.
