Did he kill before his attempt on Bob?
I say yes.
It took him only 24 hours to go from annoyed to attempted murder with explosives so I believe Dr Leo probably bumped off other people before Bob.

Bob was so annoying - that even a totally WASP conservative mild-mannered psychiatrist used to dealing with annoying whiners...can go crazy himself in such a brief short time - and as a very smart man - who is published - can go crazy smart quickly and easily learn how to eliminate his frustration.

You guys need to rewatch the film.
Bob was annoying but not remotely annoying enough for murder.
In fact, everyone else liked Bob. Siggy liked him. Fay liked him. Anna liked him. Leo's sister liked him enough to marry him.
I'm sticking with Leo being more than a little unstable himself and probably had a history of listening to Huey Lewis & the News while at Dorsia.
