With a loss in this series it is impossible for Lebron to be the GOAT

Too many Finals failures. And if he goes to another team after this it will just further him as a mercenary.

Jordan 6/6 in Finals 100%
Kobe 5/7 in Finals 71%
Lebron 2/5 in Finals 40%

Jordan > Kobe > Lebron

Feel free to bump this if Lebron averages 50 the next 3 games to comeback and win.

Yes. It is clear that losing in the first or second round of playoffs is better than losing in the finals

Agreed. Lebron just doesn't have the skill, finesse, drive, or physicality of the other two on the list.

He is basically a poor man's Larry Bird.

That's why I find greatest of all time discussions so funny.

You mean LeBron of Peyton Manning won't be the greatest of all freaking time?? They'll have to deal with being extremely close to the top and dry their tears with $100 bills.

GOAT talk is nothing more than message board neck beard fap fodder.

It a shame no one remembers how bad the CLE teams were that he carried there.

Never really looked at it that way. I'm too lazy to look it up but it would be interesting to know the winning percentages of each in the playoffs.

Getting to the finals and losing with that Cleveland team is a bigger accomplishment than anything on Jordan and Kobe's resume.

Rings alone are a poor way to judge a players greatness . I know Kobe has more rings but do you not punish him for being Robin to Shaq's Batman on those Lakers teams. Kobe will end up being remembered as better than Kobe. His all around game is greater

And not even that.

Will a Lebron fan ever do this?

Why the hell is Kobe part of this thread? He was the sidekick on three championship teams.

Lebron has taken advantage of a very weak Eastern division. I think Lebron would have "cramped up" if he had to drive the lane against Lambeer and Mahorn.
