I am assuming he is alive. My father's father died of alcohol so he has not touched a beer since I was a little kid, but wish he would have a beer with me sometime.

ETA. Damn AutoCorrect!

ETA2.... Or something you wish you could do with your father one last time, assuming he is not with us anymore.

Mine is traveling in an rv somewhere in North Carolina at the moment. I wish he was here to play golf tomorrow and then hang out with his grandson. Mostly the golf because I can't get anyone to play.

Work one year at Disney world with him. That's his dream, to retire and work at WDW as one of the pin traders or something that gets him around smiling kids. I'd love to see him realize his dream and we'd get a TON of great golf in that year hahah

Go to the Masters with him. We haven't been but he loves the tournament.

Mine is gone but I would give anything to sit with him on the patio and listen to one of his stories that I've heard a thousand times.

I'm happy I didn't experience this with my dad, it was way better to be the only guy in that scenario

Have a regular conversation without wanting to choke the shite out of him.

Honestly, nothing. The things I do that he doesn't do, I really wouldn't want to do those things with him. And we have a lot in common (drinking, cigars, traveling, same industry), so there's nothing significant about our relationship I'd like to change.

I wish I could get him to go to an LSU football game. I know he would enjoy it, but I just can't get him over there. Now that he is 81, I don't think I ever will. Oh well, we watch many games together on TV.

My Dad passed when I was 19. Many things I would have loved to do or experience with him, but, if I had to pick one, it would be to cook. Would love to have prepped and cooked a big jambalaya, stew, grill or make fresh sausage/boudin while having a cold one.....
