I am kind of on the fence with the fine. If people feed gators it encourages the gators to interact with people and possible end up eating them. People have camps in that area and I would hate to see a kid eaten. I can see that what he is doing is, in a way, infringing on the rights of others.

No one better feel bad when a gator chops on his dome. There is a reason we don't interact with them to begin with.
And its not like he's studying them, he's just acting crazy.
