OT dads: what's it like when women your daughter's age become hot?

Looking at the chive link, she's gotta be in HS or just out and I felt a little creepy looking at the pics beyond those in the OP. Clearly women that age are in an exploratory time, but in this case, I can't imagine who would not find this girl attractive.
So what's it like when your daughters friends or even celebs her age become attractive, like undeniably sexy (see above)? Is it awkward as hell American Beauty style, do you just raise your threshold and deny? Do you feel ashamed?
Do you have a moment where you think "oh shite I'm old and my little ones going to grow up?"
I'm scared to death of this. What is it like and how do you cope?
