Olympus dictation issue - auto run?

New computer installed yesterday. My dictation used to be:dock it and forget it. Now, some kind of dialogue box comes up as if I inserted a disk. I then must open the Olympus deal and click shite to get the dictation to transfer. Went from XP to 7 Pro if that matters. I realize I don't know squat about what I'm saying, so I can give more info if needed.
