Debit Card Rewards

I just read through the entire "Credit Card Rewards" thread and there was no mention of these.
We have been using the BofA Alaska Airlines Debit Rewards card for years and that plan has been discontinued within the month.
Is anyone aware of any similar offers out there?
We are in Austin and would consider any bank with a single branch here and also consider online only options.

I used to have the Continental/Chase debit card but those went away some time ago. I am not aware of any debit rewards cards out there. You can thank the Dodd-Frank Act.

I have Capital One Premier Rewards Checking. It is rewards on debit card and epayments.

Out of curiosity, why would you want this over a credit card?

It is more of a hardline budgeting tool, my wife and I have a joint account and she does most of the spending.
Also, to keep our credit scores high by keeping a low utilization rate on our credit cards - which we use for online, hotel and autopay items. We do have a UPromise MC credit card (personal) and Chase Rapid Rewards Visa (business purchases).

I have both. I get points on my debit card if I ever randomly use it plus I get points for any payments that have to go through there like Entergy. They build slowly but they do build.

I was building up points for a little while on my USAA debit card, but I can't find them anymore online. I figured they just did away with the debit rewards

Dodd-Frank changes basically made debit cards even less profitable for banks. Doubt debit card rewards will be around much longer
ETA: Besides CC rewards are much better. For the concerns you have just prepay your bill each month

As a small business owner, I send an awful lot to Uncle Sam 4 times a year.
The fees on CC are high (1.89% as the lowest) while debit is more flat fee $4.
Should get 4 round trip tickets to Orlando for the family this year off tax payments alone.
That is why I use it. Don't use it for much else.
