Semi-surprising ending...
She surrendered peacefully around midnight. No battering rams or flashbangs required.
JPSO charged her w/ 2 counts of aggravated assault and illegal discharge of a firearm. (Apparently there was a dispute over a vehicle and she fired a shot at her sister-in-law and the SIL's mother)
