green and yellow motorcycles in gonzales area

Sunday morning saw a large group of yellow/green motorcycles about 25-30. riders were uniformly dressed and all bikes were painted exactly the same in yellow/green colors and all had flashing red lights in the rear. They were also followed by a blacked out chevy Tahoe with blue flashing lights. I thought they were Feds but that didn't seem possible or likely. A few of the riders had pony tails and were all dressed in a type of uniform - exactly the same.
The bikes were also uniformly painted like a john deer tractor.

I tried google but found nothing - just curious.
