See what you have to do is, from behind, grab the chin and the back of the head, then violently twist the head back and upward. You have to catch them by surprise though because if your victim tenses their neck muscles it's a lot harder.

According to the movies, holding a pillow over someone's face for 3-4 seconds kills them. It's amazing.
