Problems streaming amazon movies on Vizio smart tv

I tested my internet speeds and everything checks out. But my vizio smart tv will not stream the movie I just bought!
Does anyone know if/how you can update the tv? Is it like a computer that needs new software? Thanks!

Vizio apps just suck. Maybe all smart tv apps suck... I've only owned Vizios. Also, whenever I stream anything using them, it ties up my whole connection, and renders any other device useless. I'd recommend a Roku.

Odds are you can...Check the network settings on the TV itself
