Any advice to buying wholesale NCAA apparel?

I'm thinking about opening a store similar to Tigermania is the town I live in. Any help would be appreciated.

The Interwebz is your mortal enemy. Knock-offs from China are readily available and legit goods are pretty cheaply priced. Your online competition is buying from the same sources, possibly at a quantity discount advantage and has less overhead and is already up-and-running. You'll have to locate your brick and mortar store in precisely the correct place. I'd be pessimistic it can go. Possibly in a major market but I'm doubtful.

Invest in something else. Retail, especially physical stores, are hard going these days unless you have a niche. Generic NCAA apparel is not a niche.
