My First Time Going to a USA game

I've been to a Houston MLS game before and that doesn't even come close to the atmosphere of the game tonight. It was just one big party. Probably the most most fun I've ever had at a sporting event. More fun than LSU football/baseball games.

I have a pic and a video of the second goal scored. I somehow managed to be filming when he scored the place erupted

I attended the Germany - USA game at RFK last year where the USA grabbed a 4-1 lead and held on to win. The stadium was full, I was in the first row at midfield and the atmosphere was top-notch. Of course, beating Germany undoubtedly helped even if neither team had their top players available.
Not quite like LSU going for it on 4th down against Bama or Florida with a title on the line but still damn good.

It was pretty fun. The start time sucked. It was bright and hot. 8 would have been a lot better.

I was on the west (?) side, so it cooled off a good bit for us. I did tell Mrs. Sheep "it must suck to be one of the assholes on that side."
I think it was good prep for Manaus.

Game was fun. Jacksonville's utter incompetence on hosting the event was not.

Traffic was terrible. They aren't used to big crowds at that stadium thanks to the Jags.
