Need a wifi texting app for andoid

What is the best FREE texting / VOIP app to text
ANY number for free using wifi?
I have used the following apps:
Vonage - wifi calling works about 1/2 the time, texting does not work at all.
Magicjack - wifi calling works great but only for 5 minutes. drops calls after 5 minutes...
text free / pinger - can only call other pinger users. texting just quit working on my app today. no clue why it's not working.
I am using a motorola photon, yes i know i need a new phone...

Facebook instant messenger app.. You can message and make calls from that now... Kind of crazy.. U think you have to be friends with someone to call them though.. Someone used it the other day calling me.. I was thinking WTF is going on here.. Wasn't a bad experience..

Yep. worked great for a while then just blew up. I pay ATt now.
