European Union sites let you know they function with cookies, and are obliged to ask if ´you are you OK with it or not´?

US doesn´t give a shite (obviously, it´s basic demo stats without paying someone to compilate), they´re doing it.

Who´s right?

And EU sites are annoying as shite with every site asking the damn question. I would've set my privacy options if I didn't want them.
