To be fair....I think MOST people resort to the "cheap" insult when angry. I absolutely believe she is an angry, unstable idiotic bitch. but,I cannot say she is definitely racist.
She is easily unhinged...but, if an Asian dude were to make me angry, i'd likely yell "You bug eating, cat cooking asian" etc. though, I honestly have ZERO animus toward Asians in general.
If I get into a fight with you, I expect to hear a few "neegers" hurled my way.

I see where you going. I cut people some slack at a moment of anger, like for example when someone cuts you off in traffic and almost causes you to wreck, but this woman flipped out over the guy starting his truck and she had plenty of time to cool down even if that did startle her.
