Google calendar help

I am looking to implement a calendar in our office that everyone has access to and can update.
I have 4 crews that go to multiple jobs during the day, I want them to be able to update as well as pot New jobs in from my office while they are out on jobs.
I also have an office staff(4 employees) and a sales staff(4 employees) I would like to eventually integrate as well

If you go into Calendar Settings (under the gear button on the web version), you can set the share permissions of individual calendars.
