Where in Baton Rouge and its surrounding suburbs would the ot say I could get the best possible deal on a suit? I'm looking for a seersucker and a black one.

Nordstrom Rack or Sak's Off Fifth, if one exists near you. Easily the best values in brick and mortar.

i would go with Jos. A Banks. you can get 5 for the price of one, free gas for eternity, and 30 minutes with the owners wife.

Seersucker suits are cheap as it is. Go there and they can at least tailor it nicely and offer you free lifetime alterations.
I would never wear a black suit so i don't really have an opinion on those.

get your seer sucker off season. You'll pay half price. Why are you buying a black suit? No one wears black suits unless its a funeral. Go dark grey or navy.

I hear Jos. a Bank has really good deals on expensive suits. You can get three $750 suits for $750 total.
