Is LA getting hammered with all this grass like the SE Texas area is? Trout are in the surf pretty good over here but it's a PIA trying to fish with all this shite in the water.

Found some near timbalier a couple weeks ago.....the guy I was with swore it was land until we were right on top of it. Good tripletail habitat though....
