Any 360 games worth playing over the last year?

Haven't been able to play in about a year. Are they still coming out with any solid games? I did get about 10 hours into GTAV but that was about it...may go rent it and finish it. Also I remember the South Park game being promising. Preferably single player stuff as I don't have a Live subscription any more.

Oh yeah I need to beat that too. I got to pretty much the end of that game and never actually beat it. Favorite part was taking over all the outposts and it kind of bored me once they were all taken over.

There were a lot of good multiplatform titles released (South Park, Dark Souls II, Tomb Raider,etc), but the only exclusive I can remember was Fable Anniversary Edition.
