To everyone wasting time comparing players from today to 20 and 30 years ago. Humans/athletes are always evolving and getting better. Its always been that way. Its pointless to get in an argument about eras because you cant fairly compare them. What is the players in the 80s and 90s had todays knowledge and technology? what if players from today had to go back and play in the 80s with what they had to work with?

You cant realistically compare different eras, all you can do is judge the players based on their time period.

With all that said, 2 3 peats is greater than 1. So that thread shouldnt even have been started anyway

Only a drunker, more obnoxious, less filtered Chuck Barkely will make the NBA better. At least when I watch the playoffs.

Obviously athletes improve over time due to improvements in medicine and training.

I judge which era was better based on overall competitiveness.

The worse thing that happened to this era was the super teams forming through free agency. Even with that this is one of the better era's of the NBA.

I think for the NBA to continue to grow they need to try and keep the star players spread out to create more parity and competitiveness in the league.

One time out per half would be the best thing the NBA has done since .......since.......ever.
