Places to eat in Chicago
Posted by ryanlesh on 5/31/14 at 8:13 pm00
Going to the windy city in August, any recommendations on places to eat? Does anyone know the best place to get deep dish pizza? Also I will be there with my wife and while we are there we will have our anniversary, any nice places to go?

Harry Caray's restaurant is cool for the nostalgia and the food is great too.

For pizza, different people like different places. A small selection, from best to worst (in my experience): Gino's East, Lou Manalti's, Giordano's. Go get some Belgian food and some beers at the Hop Leaf. Go to the Map Room for more beers, and right near there is Cafe Laguardia, a pretty good Cuban restaurant. If you want to drop some money on a nice anniversary dinner, try and get a reservation at Topolobampo. Rosebud Steakhouse would also work, it's by the lake.

Chicago has so many great restaurants but one place I always love to go to is RPM's. If you go there try the fried olives yum!!!!
