What is the best way for me to spend the next 100 days to get myself in the best shape of my life?

I know I can trust the OT for this one.

Rid yourself of anything you digest that's enjoyable.

10 lbs not that big if a deal bro.
I'd rather enjoy life.

eat better, quit drinking beer and exercise? Cut down on red meat especially things like rib-eye that are high in fat. Eat a lot more vegetables and fruit. Don't do a gimmick diet where you don't eat any carbs or only have shakes all day. You'll just put the weight right back on when you start eating normal food again.

if you want an intense canned workout program that will help you drop weight and get in shape do P90X or Insanity. Watch your form and don't hurt yourself.

Eat less. Move around more.

I've lost 36lbs since Jan 1 doing that.

your farts must be something to behold.

a diet like that would kill a good man.

ETA: except for the drinking lots of water part - i do a horrible job at that.
