I want to bet on the Saints!

Going to vegas for my 21st birthday on saturday and i want to put a big bet on the saints to win the superbowl. They are at arround 20/1 odds
Anyone else think that this is the year?

"Big" depends on how much i win/loose before i am about to leave vegas. A few hundred or so. Thsts kind if alot when your a college kid haha

Do it. Before the 2011 season, I went to Vegas and put $100 on the Saints and $100 on LSU.
Saints lose in the Divisional Round to the 9ers. Would've won it all if they could've escaped IMO.
LSU can't cross the 50 in the National Title.
It made the games even more interesting even though I lost both bets.

I'd consider serious money at 20-1 if I were in Vegas right now. As it is, I just don't trust the online sites enough to throw a hail mary and potentially lose the money regardless of the outcome. That risk bumps the odds down to 12-1 ish or so for me.
ETA: You will kick yourself hard if they end up winning the SB if you truly want to drop money on them. Happened to me in 09. Nothing could ruin that run for me but were it to happen again, I think I'd be a little more bummed.

Thinking about putting $100 on us and $100 on Tampa. Tampa would pay huge if they made it, they'll have the defense and run game to make it interesting. IMO.

i believe there are odds of them winning the NFC, not sure if you can bet on them just making it to a game.

had a friend win 4k that year. its always fun to do and if you win, its amazing. if you lose, you usually dont care about $100 you spent 8 months ago.

100$ will win me about 2000$. Which is almost enough to get superbowl tockets, so i mainly want to win to go to the superbowl. But ill be happier if the saints win the superbowl than to win the bet i think. But ill be super happy for both. Haah

Im an engineering major. Not an english major. And yes I know a lot is 2 words and your is a contraction of you and are, so it should have an apostrophe, but i just type words fast when making a post and if my iphone doesnt fix them, then oh well. It usually fixes most things.
