Japan has some large scale social issues, including a glut of males that have virtually withdrawn from masculine nature which is rapidly becoming an ultra effeminate, non-producing drain on their system, leaving many young females without marriage prospects. Teen and college aged boys holding tea party's, dressing up dolls and shite, lol.
