Javi in Frozen singing Let it Go?

I didn't do this, I literally was looking for a pic of Javi to make a Rally GIF for postseason when I came across this picture.
I don't even know why or what the context is behind it, it was on imgur tonight.
Please tell me someone around here can explain this thing.

Javi's working on his contract right now. There's a clause that if we 10 run rule two teams in the SECT he keeps his job for life.

I was interested to find out why or what the meaning of this photo was and it turns out I couldn't find the person that uploaded it to IMGUR being as it was anon.

Ok, so LSU baseball wasn't that impressive offensively this season correct? In fact, we were downright boring at times and lost games because of our inability to score runs.
LSU blames Javi for everything now as an ongoing joke but he is the guy in charge of hitting.
The snow glows white on the mountain tonight
Not a footprint to be seen
A kingdom of isolation,
And it looks like I’m the queen.
Javi is the Queen? He feels isolated because we all blame him for our lack of scoring?
Don’t let them in, don’t let them see
Be the good girl you always have to be
Conceal, don’t feel, don’t let them know
Well, now they know
He never bitches or complains either. That dude is a cool cat at all times, imo. If he is nervous about his job security, we never saw it.
