I love kale. Ever had a kale smoothie at Mariano's? To die for! Will try the salad at Houston's. Houston's has some of the best salads I've ever had so not surprising

Houston's is an overpriced chain BUT their food is fresh and quality control is remarkable. I still eat there occasionally. Like today with grilled salmon, kale salad and glass of Zinfandel

For what you get is Houston's really overpriced? Has anyone ever had a bad meal there?

I think the real issue is that for the same price you could be eating at a really good local chef operated restaurant. Nevertheless, I still like Houston's for eating at the bar. It's comfortable and they have good food.
