doesnt matter...it was racially insensitive. He profiled that black man based on his color.

I really dont think you morons realize the pandora's box the NBA opened with their reaction to Sterling.

They didn't open any sort of Pandora's Box.

No organization whatsoever applies things with one hundred percent consistency.

Nobody liked Sterling, most people like Cuban. There's not going to be any pressure to oust Cuban.

Exhibit A: Mike Wilbon has already come out and said that Cuban is clearly condemning bigotry. And he was. Unless you honestly believe that Cuban hates white people, too, based upon the context of his full quote.

no? They just gave a MOUNTAIN of ammo for Sterling in court if they dont.

That's the point.

Well if the great legal and intellectual mind of Mike Wilbon says so...

eh, he was acknowledging his own prejudices, and how hard it is to deal with. I doubt anything happens to him. It may make headlines but it won't be the uproar that sterling was.

Its distinctly different than what sterling said.

Cuban's left-wing ideology will keep him safe. Hell, he's a truther. He tried to team up with Charlie Sheen to make a "documentary" about 9\11, but I'm pretty sure it didn't get made.

He's safe.

so he has the same prejudices as Sterling, and voiced them publicly?

isnt that why the NBA is voting to oust Sterling?

BAN HIM!

Like i said, this is gonna be funny to see the NBA chew itself into destruction with the hell they just opened.

Well, I'm going to give you a little credit and act under the assumption that you knew I was referring to the fact that there's no imminent uproar and wasn't an opinion on Wilbon's intellect.

Let me know if my faith in your intelligence is misplaced.

We'll see if the market forces the NBA Owners to react to this, too.

A race pimp who thinks like a "typical white person" said, "There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery. Then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved.... After all we have been through. Just to think we can't walk down our own streets, how humiliating."
