Maybe when they said transparent, they meant it as a way of describing an administration with no substance?!

I find calling the meeting bizarre concerning. I suspect Oldtigah is right. They are in way over their heads, they don't know what to do, and they are fishing for ideas and trying to hide the fact that they are fishing.

Then the Obama's admin's strategy has achieved the desired effect. Obama and his admins have lied so early and often that most of the populace either believes the lies or have given up on any semblance of accountability.
