For whatever reason, maybe a coworker says it or it's routine in your line of work and just bothers the shite out of you.
The word documentation is like nails on a chalkboard to me after hearing it 100 ones a day i.e. " I think we need to increase our documentation here."

"Socialize". Socialize this idea with the customer, socialize this with upper management. Just use the words talk to. Of all the buzzwords we use, that is the worst
