In 25 years, I think I've seen Melvin (in person) completely sober once...at the Kiwanis Pancake Festival a few years back. And even then, I couldn't swear that he hadn't started out his day with a Bloody Mary or three.

As a future city councilman of the city of St. George, I'd like to challenge John Delgado to a chug. Best 3 out of 5. Variety of beers - pilsner, IPA, ale, apple cider, and a chocolate stout for the sake of diversity.

I can say I have seen he sober once. He was piiiisssssedddd that there was not Bud in the ice chest. He went and found a sixer of heavy and threw it on top.
